Tyre laser speckle non-destructive testing instrument

  • 轮胎激光散斑无损检测仪是基于激光剪切散斑干涉效应,利用轮胎在受激光照射后产生的干涉散斑场的相关条纹来检测光束波前的相位变化。尤其应用在轮胎生产线的检测或线下的鼓包检测,仪器采用**的相移技术,测量轮胎表面的形变位移导数,检测结果不受轮胎刚体运动的影响。
  • 通过检测仪的激光扩束以扇射角度照射轮胎,通过加压加载后,获取散斑条纹图像进行比对,来判断轮胎鼓包现象。
  • Tyre laser speckle non-destructive testing instrument, basing on laser shearing speckle interferometry, is used to inspect the phase change in front of the beam wave and relevant strips of interferometric speckle field after laser irradiation.In particular to the inspection of tyre product line or offline swelling inspection, the instrument adopts precise phase shift technique for measuring the deformation displacement derivative of the tyre surface, and the inspection result is not affected by the rigid motion of tyre.
  • The laser beam expander of the testing instrument irradiates the tyre at a fan angle, after pressurizing and loading, the image of the speckle stripe is acquired for comparing, so as to judge the swelling of tyre.
